Kristina has over ten years of experience in law as a Paralegal specializing in Estate Planning, Probate Law, Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Guardianships and Conservatorships. She is a non-attorney member of the Iowa State Bar Association and a member of the Iowa Paralegal Association. Kristina has many years of customer service experience and assists the Fiduciary Team with trust and estate administration.

Craig brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry across private client banking & investments and commercial banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a concentration in finance and economics. Craig’s primary responsibilities include investment & economic research, assisting in portfolio construction, and providing financial advice to our clients. He is currently the Clerk for South Moline Township and sits on Moline’s Plan Commission and the Revolving Loan Fund Committee.

Melanie began her career with Northwest Bank & Trust Company in 2018. She has since obtained her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional, FPQP® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Her responsibilities encompass all client relationships and team administration. Melanie is passionate about building strong relationships by providing quality service, guidance, and partnership. Melanie is a recent graduate of the Quad Cities’ Chamber of Commerce Generation Next program and currently serves as the board secretary for the Coyne Center Fire Department.

Stephanie has been in banking for over 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and is a graduate of the three‑year Cannon Financial Trust School program. She has completed additional coursework through The American College of Financial Services to earn her designation as a Chartered Special Needs Consultant. Drawing on her extensive banking experience and trust expertise, she counsels clients on tax, financial, and estate planning and plays a key role in the Fiduciary Team’s trust and estate administration.

Keith is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. CFP® professionals complete extensive training and adhere to high ethical standards while helping clients pursue their long-term financial goals.
Keith’s primary duties are managing the investment research and portfolio construction for Tower Trust & Investment Company, as well as providing financial advice to our clients. Keith graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ashford University and enjoys continuing his education. He is currently Vice President of the Scott Community College Foundation, a member and past President of the Moline Kiwanis Club, and on the Finance Committee for Moline Young Life.

He is a graduate of Clarke College in Dubuque, IA and a graduate of the Cannon Institute. Cody is a board member for Empowering Abilities and a former board member of the Regional Development Authority, a former member of the Palmer College Planned Giving Council, past president of the Quad City Estate Planning Council and past board member of the North Scott Rotary Club.
