Stephanie Borland

We’re proud to shine this quarter’s Employee Spotlight on Stephanie Borland, who was recently promoted to Trust Officer! 

Stephanie’s journey with the company began in 2002 when she joined Northwest Bank and Trust Company as a teller. Over the years, she has shown a passion for serving customers and the ability to grow and adapt into new roles such as New Accounts Representative, Branch Manager, Wire Desk Support, and Customer Support. Her experience has provided her with a well-rounded perspective that she brings to every interaction and decision. 

In June 2017, Stephanie transitioned to the Investment Management Group (now Tower Trust & Investment Company) where she continued to grow and take on additional responsibilities as a Trust Administrator. Her dedication and skill were recognized again in March 2022 when she was promoted to Associate Trust Officer. 

Stephanie has been committed to expanding her expertise, completing Trust School through Cannon Financial Institute, a rigorous program that enhances her already strong foundation in fiduciary principles and client services. She is also a proud Iowa State University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science degree. 

Those who work with Stephanie often praise her exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care for her clients make her a standout member of our team.
