CAROLINE MANFULL

We are proud to shine this month’s Employee Spotlight on Caroline Manfull, a valued member of our Tower Trust and Investment Company team. Caroline brings a diverse professional background and a deep dedication to client service. 

Caroline’s academic journey began at the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Her passion for learning and helping others led her to continue her education at Western Illinois University, where she completed a Master of Science in Adult Education. 

Her career started in the financial sector, where she spent 10 years as a personal banker, building trusted relationships and helping clients navigate their financial goals. She then pivoted into the legal field, working five years as a paralegal for a law firm specializing in estate planning and administration. This role gave her unique insight into the complexities of after-death administration—experience that would eventually guide her next career steps. 

Caroline joined Northwest Bank and Trust Company in consumer lending, where she continued to grow her financial insight. It was through this role that she was introduced to Tower Trust and Investment Company, where she quickly became an essential part of the team as an Operations and Administrative Specialist. 

Thanks to her deep knowledge base, attention to detail, and strong client service, Caroline was recently promoted to Trust Administrator. In her new role, she supports clients and families during some of life’s most sensitive transitions, specializing in after-death administration—a responsibility she approaches with both compassion and professionalism.

Her well-rounded experience across banking, law, and trust services makes her a go-to resource for both her team and the clients we serve.

We’re lucky to have Caroline as part of our growing team, and we’re excited to watch her continue to thrive in her new role. Congratulations, Caroline!
