Since joining Tower Trust & Investment Company in March, Bree Kistner has become a familiar face to both our clients and team. As our Administration and Marketing Specialist, Bree is often the first person to welcome clients when they visit our office, helping create the friendly, professional experience that reflects the Tower Trust commitment to personalized service.
Behind the scenes, Bree provides administrative and marketing support that helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Her ability to anticipate needs, stay organized and support both clients and colleagues makes her an integral part of our team.
Bree brings 18 years of banking experience to Tower Trust. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in customer service, ACH processing, debit and credit card operations, loss prevention, and fraud reporting. That experience has given her a strong understanding of the important of accuracy, communication, and building trust—qualities that serve her well in her role today.
A proud Quad Cities native, Bree is passionate about creating positive experiences for everyone she meets. She believes a strong workplace culture is built by supporting one another, and she enjoys being part of a team that shares those values.
